Q: PRICING HAS CHANGED FROM CART TO CHECKOUT. WHY?
A: Prices displayed in the Shopping Cart Page are in your ‘local currency’ based on your location. We are based in Australia so when you proceed to the Checkout Page, prices will now be shown in Australian Dollars, which is our ‘transactional currency’. As with all Online Stores, the exchange rate is determined by your Credit Card provider or PayPal – not by Smart Artists Memorabilia.
Q: HOW DOES THE “BUY ONE, GET ONE 50% OFF” WORK?
A: For the “Buy One, Get One 50% Off” Promotion, you must choose two (2) items and the promotion will be applied to the lower priced item. The discount will be automatically calculated into the subtotal of your order at checkout.
Q: WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE?
A: All our Posters are printed on High Quality 230gsm Matte Finish Fine Art Paper…. a 50 year lifespan when framed with care. We don’t use a regular printer. We use an Epson Fine Art Printer: P10070 Sure Colour. The Printer Resolution is 2400 x 1200 DPI. Inks are Epson Ultra Chrome PRO HDR Archival.
WHAT SIZE IS THE ACTUAL IMAGE AND WHAT SIZE ARE THE FRAMES?
A: All our Posters are sold by ‘Print’ size. This means when you order a Framed Poster , the Frame will be bigger than the Print. And the Print will be larger than the Image itself. All Posters have been designed for framing so whether you order your Poster framed or not, all come with a black keyline and a white border. Should there be a specific sized poster you require, just message us via our e-mail address and we will see if we can help you.

Q: WHY DO SOME OF THE IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE LOOK SLIGHTLY BLURRED?
A: All photos/images on our website are for display purpose only and have been reduced in quality to ensure website speed. In other words – a better browsing experience for you! Our posters are sharp and clean with a highest degree of colour accuracy…. they look like they could have come straight off the press from the original print run.
Please Note: They are NOT CHEAP LAMINATED PHOTOCOPIES… they are HIGH QUALITY PRINTS!
Q: HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS?
A: Smart Artists Memorabilia allows you to purchase Posters framed or unframed. Unframed posters are sent to you rolled in a sturdy mailing tube in order to protect them from creasing. Framed Posters are flat packed with multiple layers of padding to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping Framed Extra Large (A1 Size Posters) Internationally (outside Australia) is not available at this time.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept all Credit Cards ie Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club etc are welcome! All Credit Cards are securely processed through the Paypal ‘Guest Option’ at Checkout.
Q: IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
A: Yes, shopping at Smart Artists Memorabilia is safe and secure. We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We use industry standard encryption technology, digital certificates, authentication and a secure Australian Server to protect your information from unauthorised use.
When you process an order with Smart Artists Memorabilia, all of your personal information, including credit card details, are encoded with encryption. Our Web site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology which creates a secure transaction environment on the Internet.
We use Paypal world class gateway to process all transactions. Remember, in the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Q: CAN I ORDER BY MAIL OR PHONE?
A: Yes, Smart Artists Memorabilia is happy to receive your order by email or phone. If you are not comfortable using our secure online payment facility, then you can email your order to email@example.com
Q: HOW DO I KNOW THAT SMART ARTISTS MEMORABILIA HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your order after you have completed checking out. If you do not receive an e-mail, check that the e-mail address you provided is correct. Also you may want to check your Junk Email Folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your Inbox. If so, select the Confirmation Email and select ‘Not Junk’. This will allow further messages from us to get through. You may wish re-confirm your order by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number so we can re-send your confirmation.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE CHECKED OUT?
A: Yes, simply send an e-mail to us at email@example.com …. you cannot change your order online.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: We ship all items via Australia Post or Aramex Couriers usually within 72 hours. Once shipped, we will advise you of the Tracking Details. If your Shipping Confirmation email has not arrived, please check your Junk Email Folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your Inbox. If so, select the Confirmation Email and then select ‘Not Junk’. This will allow further messages from us to get through to you. Your item will normally arrive within 3 to 9 working days after your order has been shipped. If you wish, you can have your order sent Express Post delivery at a small additional charge. If you choose Express Delivery the item will normally arrive within 1 to 3 working days after your order has been shipped which is subject to your selection of items and your location.
International Deliveries vary depending on country. According to Australia Post, they suggest you allow approximately 25 Working Days from shipping date to delivery. Please try and plan your order in advance as delays can occur in transit or customs.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY/PROCESS
A: Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you’re not happy with the quality of your poster, return it to us within 7 days of delivery & we’ll exchange it for another of your choice.
You must ensure that the Poster or Framed Poster is securely packaged for return shipping. At this time, there are no returns on orders shipped outside of Australia. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. If this is found to be the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery/attempted delivery of your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the item as well as the collection date and address. We will provide a return address and ask that you organise return shipment within a week.
Please print out this email and include it with the artwork being returned. We will refund your purchase after we have received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
